Belated Father's Day

Hey there. Sorry we are so lazy in the summer (especially me) and never post even though we have like 20 new culinary adventures in photographs... This one is a lot late, but it's a good one, I promise.

My dad's favourite thing in the world, second only to peanut butter, is carrot cake. So on father's day, I figured I would be an amazing daughter and make him his fave dessert from his fave recipe that my mom has been making forever. So here ya goooo. Not posting the recipe because as I said I am lazy, and you can see it pretty well in the photo.
