Easy Sugar

We made these a while ago, but totally forgot to blog about them (and they are certainly blog-worthy). I've been making these for like EVER, because they are literally five minute cookies, and even more, five minute cookies with the best (eggless) dough I think I have ever tasted. I'm talking about the tasty little creations from the ladies at The Best of Bridge, SLAB COOKIES!

We found these absolutely amazing mini peanut butter and fudge cups to make these cookies even better (if that's possible).
Preheat to 350 F and get out a big bowl:
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
chocolate chips or nuts that you fancy.
Mixture will be crumbly, but press it down in a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 18-25 minutes. MMMM. YEEEE.
